This office is the Dubai headquarters for a leading African agriculture firm working with innovative bio-technologies. The client wanted a subtle palette to create a refined look and feel, while taking inspiration from the company’s natural roots.
We sculpted an organic interior with soft, flowing walls, punctuated with earthy brown wood panels, to reflect the farming activity. At the heart of the floorplate we designed a circular boardroom with curved glass walls. The rest of the space has minimal white walls and glass pipet chandeliers echoing the innovative hydroponics activities of the business. In the reception area we worked closely with a local graphic designer to create a graphic back painted glass wall that features large scale leaves - a subtle nod to the company’s end product.
This was a turnkey project. We delivered 700 sqm of high-end office fit-out from shell and core, including MEP and interior architecture, through to detailed bespoke joinery and the placing of art and accessories.
